MATERIALS
Makes 1 cup
3/4 cup raw cashews
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp salt
PROCEDURE
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and process until it looks like parmesan cheese.
2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
THE RUNDOWN
Use as a topping for Spaghetti or Pizza or anywhere else you would use parmesan cheese.
