MATERIALS
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup raisins
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp thyme
PROCEDURE
1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend.
THE RUNDOWN
A salad dressing with no oil and no added sugar is hard to come by. Make a batch of this on Sunday and you can use it all week.
